Edward Brooks Barracks, just on the outskirts of Abingdon, is one of the most modern and well-equipped Army Reserve Centrein the UK. Opened by the Duchess of Gloucester in 2009, the Barracks has state-of-the art conference and meeting facilities, an elegant yet comfortable dining room and bar and is capable of hosting functions ranging from small meetings or dinners to conferences or receptions attended by 100 or more. There is also a large purpose-built rehearsal room, ideal for local orchestras, bands or drama groups.
Edward Brooks Barracks has plenty of secure parking within its large, landscaped site and has rapidly established itself as a popular venue for business and social activities alike.
