Home to the University of Southampton, Southampton Officer Training Corps, Carlton Place has excellent teaching and training facilities as well as some beatifully appointed reception rooms making it ideal for a variety of events. There are three classrooms each seating 20, all well equipped with presentation aids. The Training Hall is best suited for lectures or physical training and can take up to 200. The elegant reception room can be used for receptions or meetings and can accommodate 30 to 50 people with an adjoining reception hall that can take 50 seated - for dinners or meetings - or 150 for a reception. The room and hall can be used as one area by opening the double doors. There is limited on-site parking however there is a Council car park nearby.
